This project was another personal creative exploration. Since I love cooking and discovering new recipes, I wanted to challenge myself by designing a concept for a food magazine. My goal was to capture the warmth, color, and sensory experience of food through layout, typography, and imagery.
I began by studying existing magazines to understand their visual pacing and how they balance recipes, photos, and written content. From there, I created my own direction that felt modern, inviting, and full of personality. I experimented with different color palettes, headline styles, and photo arrangements to give the magazine a cohesive identity.
Even though it was a personal project, I approached it as if it were a real publication. I designed feature spreads and recipe pages, each one crafted to highlight the beauty of food and the joy of cooking. This project allowed me to combine two things I love: design and cuisine, and it gave me the freedom to explore editorial layout in a creative and playful way.
